All members, except Tom Davis, were present August 24, 2009

President Griffin called the meeting to order and roll was taken. Dave Meister informed members there was no consent agenda.

Agenda Items

Administrator’s report:

Mr. Meister informed the Board of the joint agreement by District 95 and Unit 4 to retroactively employ the non-certified staff by District No. 95. In order to do this, a resolution must be passed to transfer those employees to District 95.

Mr. Hasler made the motion to pass the resolution. The motion was seconded by Ron Doris.
