The Board of Education of Paris Union School District 95 is seeking to fill a vacancy on the Board of Education due to the resignation of board member Kevin Knoepfel. The person appointed to fill the vacancy will serve until the next regular school board election in 2027.

Applicants for the Board position must: 1. Be a United States citizen, 2. Be 18 years of age or older, 3. Be a resident of the State of Illinois and District for one year immediately preceding appointment, 4. Be a registered voter, and 5. Cannot be a child sex offender as defined under the Criminal Code.
